Program Goals
  • To increase the brand awareness of the Chicago Building Congress (CBC)
  • To drive new membership and increase member retention
  • To increase membership attendance to CBC functions
  • Effectively communicate our core message to our various target audiences
    • To create media vehicles that produce positive exposure for the CBC
    • Develop ways to better communicate the overall value of the CBC to traditional members through enhanced messaging that always positions the CBC as the thought leader in the industry
    • Create a digital presence on the web to increase engagement of the Millennials and make it a destination site for industry young professionals
    • Create content that will provide mentorship and guidance for women in the industry
  • To develop ways to increase CBC program sponsorship revenue
Strategy

To utilize digital media wherever and whenever possible to create meaningful content that will:

  1. Enhance the reputation of the CBC as a trusted resource to the Chicago Building Industry
  2. Provide opportunities for our members to showcase their status as “Trusted Advisors” to the Chicago Building Industry through their participation in the creation and delivery of meaningful industry-related content
  3. Increase revenue of the CBC through the production of sponsored digital properties
